One very important factor in outlining a growth strategy is determining if the business concept has been developed to the point that it is ready to move into the expansion mode.
PCVI analyzes current and potential market penetration, market development, expanded sales and marketing plans, product development, market share increases and expansion financing. We help execute growth strategies so that clients don’t have to commit to permanent hires for project based work. During early stages, growth may not be continuous as to warrant increased permanent staffing levels for administrative functions that will only be required during distinctive stages of the growth cycles.
