PCVI acts as an owner’s representative to manage and coordinate projects on behalf of owners.  Our skill set and experience in diverse and multi-cultural settings allows us to be very effective on both domestic and international assignments in a very broad range of business activities.

 

PCVI sees that tasks and plans are completed to achieve owners’ investment and business goals.  We may serve as an extension of the owners’ team or in a very confidential relationship with owners outside of their existing organizational structure.  Often providing services discreetly will facilitate achieving owners’ investment and business goals.  There are times such as attending community organization or town hall meetings when PCVI represents owners in a very public manner relieving them of these tasks.
