PCVI provides comprehensive permitting process assistance to real estate owners and businesses. We act as facilitators to identify all of the permits needed to start a new business or expand an existing one.  Our assistance includes acting as intermediaries between regulatory agencies and businesses to resolve permitting issues.

 

PCVI relieves owners and operators of the time consuming tasks of obtaining permits that my take their attention and time from their core business activities.  In the case of real estate related permits we coordinate if needed with architects, contractors, engineers, designers and professional of other disciplines involved to meet permit requirements.  In working with businesses, we may coordinate with current staff, accountants and attorneys to gather information required to meet application requirements.
