PCVI provides investors with project management services for interior build outs, capital improvements, building renovations and tenant improvements.  We also support project executives on large complex projects and assignments with tasks such as interacting with contractors, preparing/updating status reports and attending project related and community relations meetings.

 

PCVI visits project sites to confirm progress is consistent with the project schedule and work is in general conformance with contract documents on domestic and international projects.  Services may include simply being a presence representing an owner’s interest providing a set of eyes independent of those assigned to complete a project.
