PCVI assists potential investors and owners by providing property management related services. We research and interview property management companies prior to acquisitions or when a change of existing companies is warranted. We provide reviews of existing property management performance to identify strengths and weaknesses. As required, we will be a mystery shopper tenant applicant to spot details of performance such as requirements of equal opportunity housing and tenant background check procedures.

 

PCVI interviews tenants at the owner's property for feedback. During the selection of a property management company, we gather first hand information from tenants in properties that the companies are currently managing as well as the owners of these properties.  PCVI provides this service for both residential and commercial properties.
